Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. While I appreciated the generous upgrade to a spacious suite, the language barrier at check-in made things a bit challenging. The breakfast spread could definitely use improvement, especially in cleanliness and variety. On the bright side, the location was decent, being close to shopping and a beautiful river cruise area.
My stay started off a bit rocky with the check-in process, but after that, things turned around. The room was spacious and quite comfortable, and I appreciated the housekeeping. However, I found the breakfast options lacking in variety for Western tastes, and the initial smell in the lobby wasn't pleasant. Overall, it's a decent place for those attending events nearby.
